Ice cream was produced and sold, for the first time in Japan in Yokohama, in 1869. The ice cream was made with only eggs, milk and sugar at that time. This time, I want to introduce "Bashamichi Ice," which reproduces the flavor in the old style. There are five flavors in cups and four kinds of "Ice- monaka" (coated wafers). I ate the custard flavor,which was the nearest to the taste back in 1869. The taste that is slightly sweet, and mild, with the taste of the egg yolk spreading through the mouth. It is delicious! Please enjoy the taste of Japan's Westernization!
