While preserving the original facade from the 1900s to 1920s these brick buildings have been completely renovated. Building No.1 is equipped with a hall and multi-purpose space for various events, while Building No.2 has shops and restaurants including one incorporating live music, and a beer restaurant. You can also relax in the surrounding park with its many trees.
